Zorrilla and Partners is a law firm based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, with offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Reynosa.
Our main objective is to represent international clients, companies, and individuals from all over the world, who have legal issues to be addressed in the country of Mexico, and need to deal with federal, state, or municipal authorities and want to do business in Mexico.
We also represent all national clients, from the country of Mexico, companies, individuals, and corporations who have legal needs in the various legal services that we provide with great responsibility and honesty, demonstrated by our first free legal advice and fees based on results policy.
The firm’s attorneys have graduate degrees from Mexican and U.S. universities, which contributes to their experience, development, and international perspective. All of our associates are fluent in English and Spanish, which is fundamental to the firm’s ability to serve its clients efficiently.
Founding and Managing Partner
Zorrilla & Partner is founded by Attorney MIGUEL ZORRILLA who is also the Managing Partner. Mr. Zorrilla has represented large national and transnational companies from around the world. He has represented almost all of Mexico’s banking institutions, as well as most of the pharmaceutical, construction, and textile sectors. Synonymous of hard work, Mr. Zorrilla is known for his drive and relentless effort to ensure that his clients interest is protected at all times. His reputation as a litigator precedes him.
Several high-profile clients, victims of crime, businesses and entrepreneurs constantly seek the counsel of Mr. Zorrilla ensure that they get the best outcome be it a litigation matter or a corporate matter.
Mr. Zorrilla is also a Registered Foreign Legal Consultant and as such is eligible to advice on law in multiple jurisdictions and advise on Mexican Law

Do I need to come into your office and meet you in person to retain you, or to receive legal services?
As a modern law firm which has adopted several technologies as well as the integrated nature of Zorrilla and Partners means that we are able to advise on all matters even remotely. Although you are very welcome to our offices, we have the capacity to handle all matters remotely and help in any law related issue anywhere in Mexico.
What are your business hours?
Normal Hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However we are generally available 24 hours/7 days a week, in most cases. In case you need to reach us after hours, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email. Clients and potential clients can expect a response within 24 hours or less to their calls and emails.
Our Team
Attorney Miguel Emiliano Zorrilla Berrones, head and president of the firm, has a Master’s Degree in Amparo and Criminal Law, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in progress, from the University of Seattle Washington.
Mrs. Saria Pablin Solis provides a wide range of civil law services for clients with problems in Mexico.
Mr. Ariel Enriquee Aguilar Gutierrez is a Labour Law Expert, with more than 20 years of experience
Mr. Julio Cesar Arellano Hernandez got 10 years of experience in criminal law.
